RIDE ON California Online Awareness Course
The RIDE ON California Online Awareness Course is designed to teach
the basics about Tread Lightly!'s RIDE ON Designated Roads, Trails and Areas program and how motorized recreationists can minimize their impact in California.
This course uses knowledge checks and scenarios to teach the Tread
Lightly! principles and how to apply them in real world situations.

Your Instructor
Tread Lightly!’s assistant director, develops and manages Tread Trainer – Tread Lightly!’s national volunteer training and outreach programs. Formerly the Grassroots and Legislative Affairs Coordinator for the American Motorcyclist Association, Danielle has recruited, trained, mobilized and overseen advocates to influence motorized recreation related issues. A graduate from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in political science, she has worked with numerous volunteers at the local, state and national levels. Danielle enjoys shooting, horseback riding, camping and all forms of motorized recreation.
