Tread Lightly!® Master Tread Trainer™ Qualification Exam
Presented by Tread Lightly!, in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration's Recreational Trails Program.
As a Master Tread Trainer, you are responsible for training Tread Trainers.
The Master Tread Trainer Qualification Exam tests the knowledge of participants of the Master Tread Trainer Course. In order to become a qualified Master Tread Trainer, you must first participate in a live, in-class course. Following the course, participants must pass this exam with a score of 80% or better. A coupon code for this exam is given at the end of the in-class course.

Do not sign-up and pay for this exam if you have not participated in an in-class Master Tread Trainer course.

Tread Lightly!’s assistant director, develops and manages Tread Trainer – Tread Lightly!’s national volunteer training and outreach programs. Formerly the Grassroots and Legislative Affairs Coordinator for the American Motorcyclist Association, Danielle has recruited, trained, mobilized and overseen advocates to influence motorized recreation related issues. A graduate from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in political science, she has worked with numerous volunteers at the local, state and national levels. Danielle enjoys shooting, horseback riding, camping and all forms of motorized recreation.
